We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and help us build and release innovative and top-quality cross-platform applications for our industry-leading products.

We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and technically skilled Flutter Developer with expertise in cross-platform mobile development. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of hands-on mobile experience, strong command of Dart and Flutter, is comfortable leading development efforts, and has a deep understanding of architectural patterns, performance tuning, and modern testing practices across both iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new features for our existing and upcoming Flutter applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience on both iOS and Android
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to translate user stories and design mockups into functional and visually appealing features
• Take ownership of key areas of the codebase and lead safe refactorings to improve long-term maintainability and app performance
• Review code from peers and provide constructive feedback to increase engineering standards
• Analyze and resolve performance issues using Flutter DevTools and other profiling tools
• Manage native integrations via platform channels when a plugin or platform-specific capability is required
• Work with our CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to maintain code quality

Required Qualifications

• You have previous experience (more than 5 years) developing mobile applications, with strong, demonstrable expertise in Flutter and Dart
• You have a solid understanding of the Flutter framework, widget lifecycle, and rendering pipeline, along with related tooling (Flutter SDK, DevTools)
• You are comfortable with state management solutions (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, Provider) and architectural patterns like Clean Architecture or MVVM, and understand their practical applications
• You have experience publishing and maintaining apps on both the App Store and Google Play, including release and code-signing workflows
• You have experience with local persistence (e.g., SQLite, Drift, Hive, Isar), including schema design and migrations during app updates
• You understand unit, widget, and integration testing principles, and can write clean, effective tests to ensure code quality
• You have solid experience with performance analysis and debugging using Flutter DevTools
• You have a working understanding of native iOS and Android fundamentals, enough to diagnose platform-specific issues and bridge native code when needed
• You use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) as part of your regular workflow
• You know how to define and implement software development best practices
• You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with remote teams
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and can work independently while being part of a larger team

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and automated testing pipelines (e.g., Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging tools
• Experience writing or maintaining custom Flutter plugins
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

Working Relationship

You will be working as part of our external partner network, collaborating closely with our internal teams including Mobile Advisors, Product Owners, Designers, and QA professionals.
